Physical Education Curriculum

Teaching Objective:

  To help students develop motor skills and to arouse student's awareness of healthy living habits.     
  To enhance students fitness and body coordination by fitness enhancement programme and physical fitness test.
  To promote students' team spirit, fair play and good sportmanship by sports day and other inter class competitions. 
  To enhance student's self-image, self-confidence, self-respect and self-management skills through participation in school team training and interschool competitions.

Our PE curriculum include general PE(on land) and swimming. Students are compulsory to join the swimming lessons which are held on bi-weekly basis. Students will learn the four strokes throughout their six year in TSL.
