Benefits of MindfulnessMindfulness practices include breathing exercises, sitting, body scan, mindful walking, mindful eating, mindful stretching, etc. Different mindful activities will benefit students in the developmental aspects of their brains and behavior: - Enhance concentration and memory - Boosting confidence and self-esteem - Building empathy and happiness - Greater creativity - Improved behavioral profile - Lower stress levels and cope better stress - Improved social skills

Implementation of Paws b CurriculumOur qualified teachers will implement Paws b Curriculum in P3 Personal Growth Education lessons. For other class levels, they will also have a taste of “Breathing Exercises” to relieve stress and anxiety. |
