| 1. | Access the Online Application Platform on our school website within the application period from 2 Aug (10:00 a.m.) to 12 Aug 2024 (12:00 noon). |
| 2. | Fill in the information required on the Online Application Platform. |
| 3. | Upload digital files of the following documents to the Online Application Platform: i) applicant's birth certificate ii) applicant's recent photo (passport-sized photo taken within 6 months) |
| 4. | Pay the application fee of $100 on the Online Application Platform. (We support Visa, MasterCard, Union Pay, Tap & Go and PPS.) Note: The merchant name is “Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited” |
| 5. | After the payment is made successfully, a confirmation email and a receipt will be immediately sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact our school before the end of the application period for further actions. Note: Check if the email goes to the junk box |
| 6. | If you encounter any malfunctions or technical issues during the application process, please capture a screenshot and contact our school for assistance before the end of the application period. All applications that are not submitted before the end of the application period will not be considered. |
| 7. | An interview notification letter and a set of name labels will be sent to your home address by post before the interview days. You will receive the letter and labels for the First Interview by 17 Oct (Thu). If not, please call us at 2367 3318 on 18 Oct (Fri) for follow-up. |
Remarks:
| 1. | Please provide a valid email account for verification of your email address. |
| 2. | The application fee is not refundable under all circumstances. |

The school will cancel the application if the applicant fails to meet the following prerequisites: i) At least 5 years and 8 months old on 1 Sept 2025 ii) With the right of abode in Hong Kong |
